A year on, it seems odd to have to acknowledge COVID. We are all now very familiar with the changes it has made to our daily lives. It has been a difficult year, but we’ve managed to keep on going, and 2021 plans to be an exciting year for the network, even if it will still be largely digital and remote. But more on that in the months come.
Looking back, a real highlight for the Classical Collections Network last year was our online meeting in July. With eight speakers from across the UK, the event looked at two issues “Classical Collections in Lockdown” and “Spotlight on Collections and Projects”, enabling us to share and get feedback on a range of on-going work and COVID adaptations. Around 30 people attended the event. And once again our annual meeting was a great opportunity to share ideas and network with colleagues from across the UK.
You can read more about the speakers and their talks by following the tab above. Thanks once again to all our speakers and attendees, without whom this network would not exist!
